About

A transplant from West Virginia, this Raven (they/them) is currently residing in Ypsilanti, Michigan throughout their adventure with the University of Michigan (first at the School of Information, and now at the Library).

Many of my early works here come from course work and internships from this time period, but now I hope to share some of my adventures too.

Join me as I expand my productions, from hiking reviews to possibly releasing of short stories I have written. In 2021, I accomplished #52Hikes52Weeks, which got me outside with my camera to really experience the world again. I shared my experiences here, so you could adventure with me and I intend to continue as I work through new hiking goals in 2022. The entirety of my photography collections can be found on my Instagram and you can follow some of my other productions through my LinkTree, including my foray into the world of podcasts with the International Women’s Baseball Center.

I write from my own, personal perspective, which is all any of us can do, really. So, here are a few things you might want to know influence my scope on life. I have a background in American History and have spent some amazing time in Eastern Europe. I lived in Prague for a summer and I’ve studied in Ukraine. I am a genderqueer biromantic asexual person still figuring myself out, and I have actively dealt with anxiety and depression since I was a teenager.
